A case of cheating was registered at Seemapuri police station on a complaint of Prakash Chand Sharma in 2015. Sharma alleged that three persons — Shashank Bhandra, Chakravoarty and Choudhary — cheated Rs 30.20 lakh from him on the pretext of providing a government job to his son Ashutosh and other relatives.
