BJP chief Amit Shah will guide the Gujarat’s party cadres during a two-day brainstorming session of the Gujarat BJP to be held on June 24 and June 25 in Ahmedabad. The session is called Chintan Shibir and will be held at SGVP complex, during which the party leaders will deliberate over the preparations required for the Lok Sabha polls and restructuring of the party.This session is believed to be very crucial among the party leaders as all the senior-most leaders of the BJP in Gujarat will attend it, and the road map and strategy for the 2019 Assembly polls will be decided.The Gujarat BJP chief Jitu Vaghani said: “This meeting is very important for us as Amitbhai will present the blue print of the strategy to win all 26 seats at the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.Amitbhai will guide us on the micro-level planning of campaigning at booth level – way to approach people, agendas of the party, strengthening the organisation and other strategic issues.Chintan Bethak is the tradition in the BJP and we hold this before every polls to re-equip, reorganise and rejuvenate our organisation and cadres.”He said CM Vijay Rupani, his deputy Nitin Patel and party in-charge Bhupendra Yadav would also guide party leaders on different issues related to governance and organisation of the party.A senior party leader said on condition of anonymity: “Amit Shah will also direct the party organisation to restructure the same. Many leaders who are both in the government and party organisation will stay in the government while new faces will be introduced in the party organisation. The party has expected to induct young faces in the organisation this time.”
