An initial probe into the Kanchanjunga Express accident indicates that the collision between the two trains was a result of a human error made on the part of the locomotive driver of the goods train who disregarded the signal.
At least 10 people were killed and several others were left injured after a container train rammed into the Kanchanjunga Express on Monday, derailing two of its rear coaches.
