Moreover, he also left behind a 24-page suicide note, providing details about the events that prompted him to take the extreme step. Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania are currently under the police custody and a probe is underway into the matter.

Who is Nikita Singhania?

According to a News18 report, Nikita Singhania worked as a Senior AI Engineering Consultant at Accenture India. Reports also state that she received Rs 40,000 per month in alimony from Atul Subhash.

According to salary standards at Accenture India, an AI engineer typically earns around Rs 16 lakh annually, with the average salary in the company being Rs 11 lakh per year. This indicates that Nikita Singhania likely earned a competitive salary.

According to a report by Amar Ujala, Nikita Singhania recently told a court that her marriage with Atul Subhash was forced upon her by her parents. Singhania further revealed that her father had been suffering from a cardiac issue for the past 10 years and undergoing treatment at AIIMS.

She further claimed that she was forced to get married to Subhash under the pressure of her father’s illness and that she was “harassed” in her in-laws’ house, the report said.

Singhania went on to claim that her mother, Nisha Singhania, used to call her 5-6 times a day and instigate her against her in-laws.
