A Delhi court on Tuesday granted permission for NewsClick’s human resources department chief Amit Chakravarty to turn an approver in the case filed against the news portal under the anti-terror law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA),

The Delhi Police has recently filed an FIR registered under the provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, following allegations that news portal NewsClick received huge money for pro-China propaganda, according to ANI.
