Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday served langar at Gurudwara Patna Sahib in Bihar, a day after he held a roadshow in the city alongside Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Donning a turban, the prime minister was seen preparing langar following which he served it among devotees.
PM Modi also offered prayers at the Gurudwara.
The prime minister will hold roadshows in Bihar today. India is currently voting for the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections. Hundreds of candidates, including SP’s Akhilesh Yadav and TMC’s Mahua Moitra, across 96 constituencies are in the fray for the fourth phase of polling.
After holding a mega roadshow in Patna, the first by any prime minister, Modi will hold public rallies in Hajipur, Muzaffarpur and Saran, the three among five constituencies going to polls in the fifth phase of elections.
