ED has arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the Delhi excise policy-linked money laundering case. The move came hours after Delhi High Court refused to protect the AAP leader from arrest. Earlier, ED issued 9 summonses to Delhi CM. Kejriwal is the second opposition CM to be arrested in two months by the central agency after it arrested former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren.
Meanwhile, Delhi minister Atishi said that Kejriwal will continue as chief minister of Delhi and he will run the government from jail.
