Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is considered as one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites for Hindus because it is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Ram. On Monday, January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony for Ram Lalla’s idol in Ram Mandir, which was completed in an auspicious time slot of 84 seconds. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat was by his side. The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony was also attended by numerous VVIPs and VIPs.

The wait for millions of Hindus has come to an end. The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya will be open to visitors from today. After the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Chief Priest Acharya Satyendra Das told ANI, “The darshan of Ram Lalla will begin tomorrow.”

So here’s everything you should know before visiting Ram Temple in Ayodhya:

Darshan and Aarti timings: Devotees can visit in the morning from 7:00 to 11:30 a.m. and in the afternoon from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Shringar Aarti will take place at 6:30 a.m., followed by the Sandhya Aarti at 7:30 p.m.

How to book for aarti or darshan: First, you need to go to Ayodhya Ram Temple’s official website ‘https://online.srjbtkshetra.org/#/login’. After that, use your mobile number to log in, after registering, you will get an OTP. Choose My Profile, book the preferred time for aarti or darshan, and then enter your credentials then follow the steps to book your pass. Before going inside, you must get your pass from the temple counter.

According to the website of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, offline passes can be acquired by going to the camp office and showing legitimate government-issued ID proof. The Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust had previously announced that before visitors could enter the temple, they would need to have the QR codes on their entry passes scanned.
