India will celebrate its 76th Republic Day on January 26, marking the day the Constitution was adopted in 1950. Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will be the special guest at this year’s Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi. The grand Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path will be the main event, showing India’s military strength, cultural diversity, and patriotism.
The parade will begin with President Droupadi Murmu raising the Indian flag, followed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi laying a wreath at the National War Memorial. The parade will feature marching bands, dancers, and beautiful tableaux from different states and union territories. The theme of the 2025 tableaux, “Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas,” will highlight India’s cultural heritage and growth.
