It’s been almost a month since Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been out of office and in jail. Since then, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor has had numerous court battles, seeking his bail and challenging his arrest.

Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on March 21 over the alleged Delhi Excise Policy case.

So far, the Delhi chief minister has not been able to secure bail.

However, the Supreme Court, which was hearing Kejriwal’s case challenging his arrest on Tuesday, posed some questions that put the ED in a tough spot.

The ED has time till May 3 to respond to the apex court’s questions.
